Most of the repair looked great, a few spots left over on the paint of my vehicle on the trunk, after washing the car. I also felt there could have been better communication of when the vehicle would be ready so I can coordinate with the rental car company. Being over my allotted week made it more difficult. I also didn’t know that I was ensured for my rental vehicle and overpaid. Everyone at Calliber was nice and friendly, pleasant experience.

Caliber's staff were friendly, communicative, and matter of fact without being rude, dismissive, or uncaring. They walked me through the process, especially with their semi-daily updates, and completed the fix a week ahead of their estimated schedule.

I especially like the young lady that went over everything that they did for the truck and how she explained things and I appreciated the kindness the thoughtfulness, the professionalism of everyone involved. I felt like they did an excellent job and I really appreciate and I would take my vehicle there again.
