I hit a deer with my new car after owning it for only 8 months. The communication with Jackie was excellent. She answered any questions I had promptly and explained the repairs that were going on. The quality of the repair work was excellent. I am starting to think that my new car looks better now than when I bought it! All the requested repairs look great, and Jackie made sure it looked perfect when I picked the car up. I loved also that the car rental process was so easy with Enterprise being around the corner.
