Jackie was pleasant and informative. She did a good job of keeping us updated on the progress of repair and gently guiding two old, somewhat lost souls, on the parameters of collision repair. A few computer or informational settings may have to be tweaked but I'm sure if we can't figure it out, she’ll help us.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from beginning to end. Front desk (Diana) was professional, efficient, and friendly. Jackie (my service contact) could not have been better. Smart, great in terms of communication, etc. Five stars!

Jackie was great! She was super helpful and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. My concern is that Caliber fell short in identifying issues with the paint, the need for a color blend and addressing these with a supplement. There’s some other areas on my car I’d like fixed but I’m not sure abt Caliber’s initial quality. I shouldn’t have to point out flaws in workmanship.

I was very pleased with my experience. Jackie was absolutely amazing to work with. She kept me informed on the progress of the repair. My car was done 5 days ahead of the original time frame. Dianna was also very friendly and helpful. She is a great person to have at the customer service desk. Please pass on my comments to their manager. It's pretty rare to get outstanding customer service this day in age and Jackie and Dianna have set the bar high
