I can’t see the affected area since it’s the bottom of my car so I can’t fully see it but my car drives better.

I felt like the service was great. I didn’t get enough updates because of possible phone issues at the location. I had to call in myself. I waited longer than probably necessary because of delays in car part delivery but that’s not necessarily Caliber’s fault.

The team was not only very communicative during the entire process of my repairs, but they also noticed damages that I didn’t initially see and made sure those were taken care of. My repairs did take a bit longer than expected and my rental period that was covered by my insurance ended, but they were fantastic and took care of the rest of my rental charges due to my insurance still being in subjugation with the other party’s insurance. I couldn’t recommend Caliber collusion enough. Brent was fantastic at taking care of my vehicle and finding workarounds with trying to get parts in quicker than they were expected. Truly and deeply appreciate the care this team provides to not only the vehicles but also the customers ◡̈
