Would appreciate some advanced notice on a Friday afternoon that my vehicle was suddenly ready early. Had been told it would not be ready until the next Wednesday or Friday and had plans to go out of town with the rental. However, then had to do some family shuffling and cancelling of plans to pick it up on a Friday night. Hubby was not happy.

The shop made real effort to keep us happy in spite of the administrative problems. However, the failure to have the rental ready at drop off and failure to have the vehicle on the property at collection waisted a great deal of our time was was easily avoidable.
