It was around a holiday so I give a bit of a break, but it would have been nice to have been called sooner to let me know how much it was going to cost and when it would be done sooner. It was also the end of the month, which I was told could cause some delays. But still, I was without my car for over a week - 2 weekends.

When I first received my car the part needed to be painted better. So I dropped it off today in order to complete the job. Scott of Caliber was very conscious about getting the work done right.

Eric was great. Took almost 3 weeks to get my car back but I had weekends and holiday against me. But I would rather them take their time and make sure all is good than rush it like a place I previously went to. Took them longer because the last place didn’t fix it properly and I didn’t know that until it was to late. I’ll definitely refer them to others.
