I gave a 9 vs a 10 because of my own incomplete detailed inspection after the work was performed. To give a 10, I would have to had completely inspected every area addressed and I have not yet done that. On initial inspection, I did notice a couple of areas of around the headlights where the bumper has an edge that looked a touch like overspray/paint versus a perfect paint coat, though. That said, I believe that I am overall satisfied enough with how Caliber took care of the issue professionally and without the need of much involvement from me that I am considering them again on another car that I may have work completed on. I found the office staff pleasant to deal with and they were very accommodating on my rental return. So for a person that is a tough grader, they do have a 9 from me. Thank you Caliber.
