The customer service was subpar. Each time that I called and spoke with Carly, I was placed on hold for several minutes and when she resume the phone call, she completely forgot who I was and the reason for me calling on multiple occasions. I was not given updates via text. When I called to get updates, I was always told that I would get a call back from my service advisor and never did.

I completely trust Caliber to do a very thorough job and treat my vehicle with care. I am not only impressed with the job well done, but also going above and beyond by cleaning the inside and outside of my car. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and informative. I could not recommend Caliber enough!

Everyone did a great job! Chris Bruns was who helped me throughout the process. He did a fantastic job in keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle. He was very patient with me with any questions I had. He went above and beyond when we came to pick up the truck. There was so much snow on the bed cover, that he took the time to sweep that all off for me without me asking, and I wasn’t going to ask. That was very nice of him.
