Chris provided top tier customer service. He communicated effectively and timely, he had a kind tone when informing me of things that couldn’t happen and every interaction I had with him was a good one. Carly at the front desk was awesome to work with in the few times I encountered her. She was attentive and I also witnessed her have to multitask 3 things at once and she handled it all perfectly.
