My vehicle is running worse than when i took it in there. They were only supposed to do cosmetic repairs but they did a pre and post diagnostic scan and reset the dash codes and now my vehicle is misfiring. When i went to pick it up, before i even made it to my vehicle, joe made it a point to tell me that it was running rougher and possibly needed a tuneup. They missed mechanical issues and they said they did nothing mechanical to my vehicle, geico made the same argument too but when caliber hooked the scanner up to do a pre and post diagnostic check, that is mechanical and unless im mistaken and the computer that tells codes is only there on the vehicle for cosmetic appeal then my apologies. My vehicle is in my driveway and has not ran since i picked it up from joe and caliber. I will never recommend caliber or geico to anyone ever. Horrible experience, not to mention the extra money ive put out to fix the mechanical issues that they supposedly didnt do. When you reset the service lights on the dash, you should check with the owner. I dont get why they even had to do a diagnostic check, pre and post if they were only doing cosmetic repairs.
