I didn’t like how I wasn’t told about the damage caused by the shop. Also the fact that now I got another issue due to my windshield being replaced.

Repair was good ,accident damages were repaired. Minus the fact that I have to drive back and forth for small parts that needed to be delivered due to issues. What made this a poor job was the fact that my front windshield got a big crack. It went in for a repair on the driver side front and rear doors with no damage to the windshield and it came out with a big crack. The fact that the manager/ person that handed me my car back didn’t tell me either through the phone or in person when I went for pickup about it is the issue. How do you miss a huge crack on it. It took me having to recall for them to officially set me an appointment for the damage repair they made. I got it done today after almost 2 weeks. I now got scratches from tools used to remove my old windshield and also my mirror mounting bracket is now broken as I drove it 2 hours after the replacement it fell loose. I thought it just wasn’t placed in correctly but as I look further more turns out it’s broken that’s why it won’t stay in tact. It’s just annoying how I got to deal with this due to a mistake that was done by the repair shop and not informing me about it until I called them out.
