Caliber Collision did a great job on repairs to my 2017 Toyota Prius. They had to repair and/or replace the hood, grille, medallion, radar cruise control sensor and other parts after a reckless driver backed into me.

They did an excellent job, and the repaired areas looked brand new! The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful when I first called, and when I dropped the car off for repairs. Chris, my service rep was friendly and professional. He kept me informed each step of the way. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service I received! In this day and age, that is becoming a lost art.

The communication is top tier! Gave updates everyday on the status of my car & we’re right on time with the completion date. Not to mention how nice everyone is, and the timely manner they were able to complete the repairs on my car!
