It took over two months for our car to get fixed. No one ever called to let us know that the repairs were going to be the in excess of the original estimate---ao that we could contact our insurance and that was almost the end of the first month. When we finally picked up the car it was still missing a very conspicuous piece that covers the wires to the right rearview mirror. Our insurance only covered a rental car for the first month, so the extended repair time causes many inconveniences to our family.

The customer service and professionalism of your staff is truly outstanding. Our car was delivered when promised and Adrian called to keep us apprise of the status. I also cannot thank Adrian enough for helping me out when I discovered that I left our gate remote in the rental car. Not only did he call Enterprise to locate the remote, he offered to get the remote for me. In the end he accompanied me to get the remote as the rental car had been re-rented and was located in a not so safe area. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond. The repairs appear to be complete and there is no evidence of the collision that caused our vehicle to wind up at Caliber. We will recommend Caliber to our friends.
