I went on a Thursday morning to check how the repair process was going. They told me that by Friday around 10 a.m. my car would be ready. I called on Friday at 10, and they told me it wasn’t ready.”

So unfortunately I've had to take my car to Caliber Collision 3x in the past few years. However, each time I have received excellent service and they have done a great job on my cars. If I ever need body work done, I am never hesitant to get it done at Caliber Collision.

There is always an issue when I use Caliber in Indio. My last truck was in for repair and had dirt inside the covered bed when I picked it up. I never haul dirt but again the response was "oh well".

Took too long. Had return for an adjustment due to replaced door making noise. Door was adjusted and door made "less" noise. The attitude was "oh well". I knew I was in trouble when they tried blaming the noise on items in my door pocket.
