My vehicle was in the shop for well over 3 weeks. I did not receive any phone calls or updates. I could not get anyone on the phone as well. I thought the estimate given in the beginning was too low and after the fact of receiving their estimate 2 others said the estimate was very low upon visual inspection of my vehicle before the repairs began.
