I am incredibly impressed with the service I received from Georgia regarding my recent vehicle repairs. From the very beginning to the end of the process, she was absolutely outstanding. Communication was excellent; I was never left wondering what was happening with my car. Apparently parts delivery was delayed. A six day repair turned to nine. Now I need to convince Progressive to reimburse me for the extra two days rental to Enterprise that I paid at rental turn in. $103.
