I truly appreciate it the front desk woman and I forgot to get her name but she called both insurance companies and make sure that my insurance wasn't used and most people would have told me to do it so I think she needs to raise the front desk lady with the dark hair.

Generic email informing of length of repair should not be sent. A four-day estimate was given to me, and imagine my surprise when I received a message that it would take more than three times as long! It was in fact completed within the stated 4 days as was estimated. This email should not be a part of your protocol. Harry was a professional employee.
