It to 3?weeks to repair my car. While Eric and others were very helpful the updates by txt were useless. All they did was to adviseme what per cent age was completed and then moved the completion to a future datNned to improve your automated notification. The staff was helpful and attentive. Took a long time to get "the rhythm of my life back.

I had a very positive experience with the personnel at the Caliber facility in Irmo, SC. From my first call answered by Crystal to the moment I picked up my van from the repair manager, Kayla, I was very pleased with their communication on progress of my van. Kayla is an outstanding manager. She kept me informed of the repair progress and was able to answer all my questions. When I had difficulty contacting my insurance adjuster she made sure the adjuster had the correct information so I could get the insurance check and final price to the insurance company. Anytime I called the phone was answered and even if Kayla was not available she was given the message and responded to my question either via email or telephone. The quality of the repair is excellent. The technicians did a high quality repair of a badly damaged front end and the paint looks original over the whole van. You can't tell it was repaired. The one time I talked to the manager Russell, his answers to my questions gave me a positive feeling that my van would be correctly repaired. Congratulations to an outstanding team at the Irmo SC facility on a job well done and on time.
