repaired a bumper and was supposed to do touch up paint work on the hood. That part was not completed, Josh was our rep and was very apologetic and said we could bring it back when ever an they would take care of it. Problem is we are a Cabinet shop and we use this Van for our installs. So bringing it back in again after already being gone for a week isnt ideal for us!! Not sure when we will be able to make it back for that touch up work.......

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Paolo Chery, Service Advisor at Caliber Collision on Atlantic Boulevard. Paolo was patient, compassionate, professional, and incredibly thorough. He listened carefully to every concern and went over my car with a fine-tooth comb, identifying additional accident damage that had been missed on the original appraisal. He immediately contacted my insurance appraiser, obtained authorization, and made certain everything was repaired properly. The results exceeded every expectation. My vehicle was returned to me in genuinely new condition. The bodywork is flawless, the paintwork is perfection, and you simply cannot tell that my car was ever damaged or repaired. Paolo’s extraordinary attention to detail, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness turned a stressful experience into an exceptional one. He is an enormous asset to Caliber Collision and deserves the highest recognition. I would also like to commend the front desk, Manager , Allison and Bobby for going above and beyond. Five stars simply does not seem like enough.

Paolo’s patience, professionalism, compassion, and extraordinary attention to detail made an already stressful experience so much easier. My car was returned to me in what I can only describe as new condition. You absolutely cannot tell that any bodywork or painting was ever done—the workmanship is outstanding. I originally took my car to Gerber collision to fix the damage done by road debris on the highway.. long story short they did nothing but leave my car in a worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. So I took it to Caliber Collision, where they actually took the time to diagnose what was actually wrong with my car. It took about a month, but I picked it up yesterday and I am very highly satisfied with their work. They did everything right, and fixed more than they were even supposed to!! 10 star service for sure.

Was very intentional on what repairs were going to be needed and I was kept impressed every step of the way doing the repairs the text messages were very insightful and gave me a clear picture of the completion of my truck being repaired and painted. The repair quality was amazing. I’ve used Caliber in the past, and they will always be my go-to. The reason for the 9 is because we had to remove the fuse for the back windshield wiper, as it would not stop running on its own. Overall, I’m very happy with the repair and the service.
