I will recommend this specific Caliber Collision to everyone I know. I went with this location due to the amount of positive reviews and overall amount of reviews. They did not disappoint. I hope to not have to have my vehicle repaired again under these circumstances but if I do, I’m definitely making the trip here. For context, I live around an hour away from the location, in Georgia. The Caliber Collisions local to me did not appeal to me as much as this location did.

My vehicle was repaired like new. I’m pretty sure they even detailed the inside of my vehicle because I don’t recall it being that clean before dropping it off. I have 2 small children, so keeping it clean is a challenge.

The text update system caliber has is great and this repair went through insurance so I did not have to interact with the team that much but every interaction that i did have was professional and pleasant. Im happy I chose caliber for my repair.

This was the second vehicle I’ve had to take to this Caliber location. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed, communication and every other aspect of service. Bobby the manager could not be a better guy! And Allison in the office is great too!
