Prior to being rear-ended we have never had a need for body work or had heard of Caliber Collision. We did not know any of their employees. We really did not kniow where to go but decided on Caliber because the auto insurance company listed tham as a preferred repair facility and all work was warrantied as long as we owned the car. Usually there are nightmare stories to follow after car wreck and associated repairs but just the opposite is the case with our experience. The entire staff we dealt with was great. The initial inspection and quote was handled by Charlie with great attitude. The drop off of the car after parts were ready fior repair was just as pleasant by meeting Katie at the front reception area. Clay was constantly contacting us with updates and explanations. Not to mention those who worked on the actual bodywork and painting which was outstanding. Could not ask for any better service. I would not hesitate to use Caliber again if in an another accident.

From my initial visit for rear end damage inspection and quote through the day of pick up of our vehicle we were happily surprised of the quality of work performed, great communications and updates, and professional customer service. We would go back to Caliber for any future accident body repairs.
