The quality of their work is outstanding and they take time with the customer to make sure that it is done with a quality check and I felt like I was they're only they're customer that had and I clearly saw many cars @ Caliber so quality of work it was done as done well customer service it was bar none I've been on the customer service side of Jacksonville with many cars there is none like Caliber here in quality and customer service

The repairs took close to 4 months. I am satisfied with the work, but I am very unhappy with the time that it took. I had to rent a car which cost ne over $1500.00
