Due to time delay, scratching my tail lights and failure to install pin stripping on my vehicle straight. Aswell as the 120miles they put on my vehicle. Thats a firm NO. I dont want anyone i know going through the same. Very unprofessional

Date of completion was moved back multiple times, and each time I had to call to check on the progress. Unprofessional conversations with many excuses for the late service.

My car was in the Atlantic Blvd shop for 2 months. While I understand it was partly insurance that delayed the process, I contacted the shop at least 2-3 times a week to receive and update on my car and was told every time that someone would "call me back" to update me and give me information since the front desk could not, and no one EVER called me back. This continued for weeks. It was beyond frustrating.

refer to previous comment. When I picked up my car I was told by the front desk to wait for someone to come discuss my paperwork. Luckily a man in his office heard us and came to discuss it and told us we could leave without waiting.

Thank you so much to Caliber on Atlantic! MY repairs look/seem great!! Vehicle drives very well. Customer service was A+ from the service advisor (Eddie) to the store manager, Stephanie and the receptionist at the front desk (sorry, I do not recall her name). I would definitely do business again and certainly recommend!!!

my car was not ready on the promised date, but no one contacted me to let me know. I was out of town, but I called two days after the date it was promised, and it took 3 phone calls and over 20 minutes on hold to get a call back about the status of my car. This was late on Friday, near closing, and yet no one was planning to contact me, despite the fact that my car was supposed to be ready Wednesday. The car was not actually ready until the follwoing Tuesday.
