Hey i am originally from Long Island New York moved here in 92 love it here in Jacksonville. I have 27 years of autobody repair under my belt. When I moved here in 92I was still doing body work. I did that for like 4 years and had a hard time getting used to the heat humidity here, LOL. The last 20 years is, I was doing apartment maintenance and retired couple years ago. This was my first time ever using a body shop since I moved here physically.I can't do that anymore. First time using caliber collision. I must say I'm very impressed about everything.How organized you are your personnel and what a wonderful job you did , replacing the two headlamp assemblies on my twenty thirteen honda CRV. WILL NOT HESITATE give me my friends and family to your facility.Thank you very much !

I dropped my car off with minor damage and not only did they do an amazing job repairing it, but they also got it back to me within a few days. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Helen was extremely helpful, very detailed, professional and was very thorough throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this repair shop. The mechanics did a wonderful job. They painted my front bumper, replaced a headlight and fixed a few minor scratches, and now it looks like nothing ever happened. They also work with Enterprise across the street so if you need a rental car during your wait they will make that process as smooth as possible, they had an Enterprise employee pick me up and take me back across the street. I am also going to leave them a 5 star review. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Everything was great. One thing: the window washer switches were switched-the rear controls the front emission of fluid & visa versa. Will call to have reverted.
