You made it quick, easy, and easy to keep up to date on the status of my repair. Dropping off was quick and easy. Picking up was quick and easy. It made the situation a lot easier to deal with, despite all the bad things that happened to bring me to your shop.

Your team kept me informed through the repair process and even with the automatic updates Paulo C. still reached out via phone to make sure I was informed. Outstanding job This next portion is sarcastic: Yall gotta get better at aging up doors. My door looks brand new definitely not like I've had her for the past 6 years; throw in a few micro scratches next time.

This experience was terrible. I was already under a lot of stress being the victim of a hit and run accident, the shop and Paulo ruined my entire experience. I was not provided updates on my car, I had to call in to get them. They put my phone number in wrong so they were texting a random person about my vehicle. On the “ completion” date I Paulo told me there was a payment issue and he didn’t know whether insurance was going to pay them or me and that the adjuster had left a note about this and the payment hasn’t been sorted. Upon calling insurance, insurance told me everything was fine regarding the payment and I could pick up my car. One of the parties was obviously lying. On top of that when I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride home and said upon completion they could come pick me up. That was not the case and after how rude I was treated the day of picking up my car, I was left to find a ride there at my own expense. Overall terrible experience and I see why the shop has a 2.2 rating on yelp. Just terrible.
