The front desk clerk was really rude about my key fob and was very dismissive about the problem because it happen to her. My key fob button was pushed all the way in and it was not like that when i drop my keys off. She was very nonchalant about it and was like oh it happens. Now have to spend $300 for another fob that I did not break
