The team at Caliber Collision on W. Monroe St in Jacksonville went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was taken care of. A team member even drove me to work because of complications with the rental car provider. I highly recommend this shop!!

This particular location is in the middle of downtown. I was thinking it would be hard to get in and out. I also was thinking that I would be treated like downtown (fast and uncaring). Quite the opposite. I was able to get in and out with no problems, and the customer service was great from everyone I encountered!

Kudos to the young man patiently put air in my tires in the blistering heat, when I couldn't make up my mind about how much air and for which tire. He patiently waited as I rambled on and on. Then he did the right thing by making sure all the tires had the right amount of air
