I dropped the car off with no dent on the side but picked the car up with a dent. Also, the paint job is spotty. I can see where it got painted.

Dropping the car off was very easy. However, I felt extremely rushed and forced to pick my car up immediately. I received a call around 5ish and was told my car is ready. I couldn’t make it to pick up the car immediately. Then was told they will drop the car off so I can return the rental car the same day. I said my husband doesn’t get off work until 7. Can I come in the morning to get the car. It was then said I needed to drop the rental car off that day. If I was told in advance my car would be done on a certain day I could’ve prepared. Needless to say we rushed over there to pick up my car and drop off the rental car.
