No longer a quality company that I would recommend as a place for collision repair because of the poor quality and care my truck received.

When I picked up my vehicle my back door that had the impact needed more work because it was not closing properly. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for it to fixed. Also, my back seats were dusty/ dirty from being pulled out of the truck for repair. No one thought about cleaning it off or wiping down. Lastly, I was not informed that someone damaged my bed-cover during repair. This was not damaged during the accident and not being informed of this damage shows bad service. I’m very disappointed with this service when I thought Caliber Collision as a company who does high quality work since I had used them before on a previous vehicle I had but apparently, their service is not as quality as I thought. I am an unhappy customer
