Friendly staff and keep me informed about repair. Had minor issue after repair pick up - stop light was out. Brought car back and they fixed it in 15 minutes and apologized. Very happy with the repair and the shop

I would give a 10, apart from the communication. I opted for text notifications and told Tina I would appreciate being apprised off details as they were available, since I would be in and out of town. The only communication I received was after I had called a couple times, requesting any status updates after a full week. Once I finally did get a text it was just to say that the cat should be ready the next day, and then the next morning to say it was ready. I expected to hear a bit more communication during this process (inspection complete, awaiting approval from insurance, insurance approval or denial, work commencing, work nearing completion, etc), and I humbly suggest that your other customers who ask for communication would likely appreciate similar notifications.
