Physical repair was excellent, customer service was excellent. Customer service rep was responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive. Electrical connections was not verified by technician to ensure that passive unlock was operational, resulting in me having to take the car back to get that electrical sub- system functional. That being said the csr/management/technician responded very quickly(less than half hour) to address and fix the issue.
