I overall loved the service until I got my car back and had an issue and still have not been able to get back in to fix it. I was told I have to come back to the same location for the minor fix (which is almost 2 hours away from my home as i’m in school). It was definitely an inconvenience but I scheduled anyway and then the day before they told me they no longer had time for my appointment and would have to reschedule. then when I reached out to my local caliber they said there was no issue in switching stores (I reached out after a week and a half because I was told by the original location that I could not visit another one for the follow up repair).
