Communication was poor felt like I had to chase after them for updates and I was frustrated by how it sounded like my car was almost ready then I had to wait over a week after that point and had to wait 3 days after they told me it would be ready in an hour

The repair process was generally satisfactory. However, the part took an unusually long time to arrive, almost a month after dropping off the car. The only update I received initially was that the part was on back order. We didn’t receive any regular updates, so we had to constantly call back to check for progress. Unfortunately, we never received a timely response. Despite this inconvenience, the rest of the repair process was smooth and hassle-free.
