My check engine light and other dash lights are on which were not on when I had it last. My engine cover is missing. My horn does not work and was supposed to have a new relay switch replaced per inspection. My limited edition logo is sitting in my console. The front side panels both sides closest to hood have a gap and not properly in place. I need the car to be reassessed. It had been there since Dec 17th and it took 3 hoods apparently bc others were damaged. The entire process was stressful before my car arrived at Caliber Collision and I was disappointed after picking it up. I would like the owner to call me from this location as these above mentioned items should never have passed inspection. Insurance paid for these items which were not completed properly and I would like to speak with the owner of this location of Caliber Collision. Stephanie was great to work with . She let us know what was going on with the car. The tecks did a good job on the repair . All is good , the front desk person was good to work with also. Overall Caliber was good to do the service work and repair.
