From the first interaction to the final goodbye the entire experience was amazing! John greeted me warmly on the phone and explained the entire process with an estimated time and cost without even seeing my car. Not only was the timing perfectly on target the cost was precise. This shows his deep knowledge of his work. John also provided regular updates throughout the process. I also must commend your hire in Linda!
