Completed repair a few days of schedule. They have a contract with Enterprise that will pick you up and take you to pick up your rental…and then come and pick Up the rental after we picked up our car from Caliber….great customer service!

280 Toney Penna Jupiter, FL - I would say the repair is done, but it was very difficult to get an idea of what was going on. I never got a call back if a team member said they would. I would wait 4-5 hours until the end of the day to call because I never got the call and it would prolong the entire process. I also dropped the car off with 4 of the same tire (brand new tires), yet I go to pick it up and one is completely bald - mix up of this tire with another car I assume, but it seemed careless. This prolonged pickup as well. Spent more time waiting for answers and issues to be cleared than feeling comfortable with my car being fixed in a trying time in my life already.
