I feel like because I sign a contract saying they are not responsible for anything lost or stolen, it makes it ok for the staff to steal belongings. I am upset that my cooler was stolen out of my car.

The staff was nice but I had a cooler in my car that was stolen. I know I should have taken it out of the car when I dropped it off but I figured they wouldn't need to get into the back of my car so it would be safe. It was gone when I got my car back. I called right away when I noticed it was gone. I was told they would ask everyone and call me back but no one called me back. I tried calling but no one answered.
