My experience was a 10/10! I car repair work was completed earlier than expected. My car was handed over to me and it was spotless on the inside & outside of the car. However, most important the repair work that was completed on my X7 looked as if I had never been in an accident. The car looks and drives wonderfully. I can’t speak highly enough of Angel and his team… that made this process seamless from start to finish. Thank you ANGEL!!

Angel and the team were phenomenal. They consistently stayed in touch via text to let me know where my car was in the process…. And what the time table looked like. Angel was extremely personable & knowledgeable: From our first encounter… when my husband and I dropped off my car , through picking it up upon completion.

There was no communication beyond the app which I found out was not connected to the local shop, it was “run out of corporate.” I had to call every week to find out when car would be ready; app kept promising a date and then it moved every time. The price in app was not accurate vs what the bill was when I picked up car. It was off by 4x When I finally picked up car, there was grease/dirt on the steering wheel, center console and door. I did ask the attendant to clean it before I left. And to top if off, when I got the car home there were two nails in my tire.
