The only little glitch was that the finish date given to me changed without me knowing and I had packed my rental for a 4-day getaway. The morning I was leaving I got a message that the car was ready. So, I had to postpone my trip and go get the car. But that was the only “complaint” that I have. Everyone was very nice.
