I am very satisfied with Caliber Collision in Jupiter. The whole staff, from the front desk Denise was very kind, Zack the service advisor, Dale the painter, Krystal the general manager, everyone was very attentive to my concerns and reassured me that my truck would be taken cared off correctly the first time. I was asked to stop by to make sure I was happy before considering my vehicle complete and I was amazed with this team’s workmanship and professionalism. 100% delivered on their promise. After many years of dealing with customer service as we all have, with varying degrees of satisfaction this business stands out. As a retired Army doctor I was also a Col with administative responsibilities for 1600 civiilians now in private practice here locally. Just got my Jeep back after extensive body work. Incredible service from Caliber collision on Toney Penna Road in Jupiter and most importantly Angel L, Besutiful results with all body work, reinstallation of computer software and the Jeep looks pristine , To me other than the final result was the way Angel was so involved He delt with my inurance company,, tand the car rental company and tonight actually delivered the car to my home. and will tomorrow take the car to the rental agency and take care of all paperwork . Angel demontrstes true devotion to to an antiicipated favourable out keeps you informed re progess via texts an has always been available for a phone call.
