I was really bothered to be told the repair would take an additional week and 1/2 after being told it should be only a week. I suggest the client be given the wose case rather than what the client wants to hear.

Car was suppose to be done in 4 days it took 7 - to my knowledge there were no extra issues then what I was quoted. The text messages were not accurate as to the status of the work. I found the text messages silly not informative.
