They are not on time for appointments. Everytime i went in there people were upset about thier cars. The parking lot is way to small to be functional. When I call they dont know what is going on with my car. Also the text messages are unprofessional especially when they say your car is ready when it really wont be ready for a week. What happened to calling?

All was super,yesterday I paid $94.00 to get the gas below 1/2 tank,when you had said last week that you would take care of it? When I was getting the car ready to give to the shipper,I discovered an exhaust leak or noisy muffler which should have been in the repair list.Now Iam in NH the car will need more work,which I am faced with another expence
