After getting my estimate at Caliber, no one called me back to schedule the work. I had to call them. When I dropped off my vehicle, I had asked for an estimate to paint a door handle, out of pocket, separate from my insurance claim, asking the attendant to note that on my paperwork. I never heard back and the handle wasn’t painted. The work performed was excellent but communication was lacking.

The work included a new left front headlight and a new left turn signal blinker. I noticed this before leaving the shop, and new parts were ordered. I am still waiting and consider not having a left turn signal a hazard. The faulty headlight makes it impossible to drive at night. The body work is very good.
