Caliber is a very well run operation. The staff I worked with were incredibly good at what they do. Nikki, Office-very efficient. Rashawn, so very good at coordinating customers, claims and insurance. He’s even out directing traffic first thing in the morning, explaining what will be done and finding parking spaces for clients- not an easy feat. Mr. J.D., the mechanic who put my Jeep back together after it had been declared a total loss by my insurance. I decided to keep the Jeep as it’s worth more to me than the salvage value. Upon hearing that a woman was going to keep it and drive it, he went over and above what had to be done to put it back together. He wanted it to be safe for to me to drive. Beautiful work and I can’t say how much I appreciate his thoughtfulness and quality of work. My Jeep looks fantastic. Any of the staff that I had interaction with were really good. I also have to give a kudos to Management. Your people are really good and I know how much effort goes into keeping things running smoothly.

Everyone at Caliber were absolutely amazing from the second I walked in the door until the time I picked up my car. They called with updates and had my car ready in the timeframe that they said. My car looks perfect !
