I was told 3 or 4 different dates the car would be ready and then it was changed last minute for 4 days sooner and had to rearrange my entire weekend so I could drop the he car off Saturday when Friday I was told Wednesday of the next week Unacceptable

My standard fuel consumption is 17.2 MPG when I received the car back my consumption indicator read 11.2 MPG this is a high performance engine and someone hammered the throttle ….in order to achieve such MPG readings. The driver front left fender had the OEM ford “ Bronco” metal emblem removed for blending ….it cannot be re used…..a new emblem was not set in its place …the old emblem is in the car rather than on the car
