If the rating scale was 10, Caliber Collision would get 11’s across the board! They were fantastic, professional, courteous and in contact with me throughout the whole process! I was told my car would probably take 3-4 weeks to repair after some extensive rear end damage. That finished my car in 13 days, absolutely amazing job! I dealt with Roshawn and Denise and they were both consummate professionals. I would highly recommend them for any of your auto collision needs!

Was surprised Caliber kept my vehicle for so long as the three other quotes I received all said 3 days for car repair. A bit disappointed that I had to rack up a rental car bill which increased the claims payout which will be affecting my auto insurance.

From the time. I dropped off my car everything was taken care of in a very efficient manner. They arranged having a rental car to be dropped offf and office manager explained their process and gave me an estimated time the repair would be completed. They sent me text messages everyday on what repair stage of the car was completed. My car was completed two days ahead of estimated time. When I showed up in my rental car to pick up my car I gave them the keys to the office manager and checked out in about ten minutes and was on my the way home. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Calliber’s customer service dept.

This experience went beyond my expectations. Not only was my car’s damage repaired well, but I came back to a well cleaned and detailed car. The communication from this company was excellent.
