Upon return, a panel was hanging down/not flush with bottom of door. I brought back in and was told it was “fixed”. After driving it a few days it came down again and the panel is loose and wobbly. I am now having to bring it back in today.

I was told car would be ready a week before it actually was. First told it would be finished on a Friday after I informed you I was leaving on Monday. Then informed it would be Monday but ultimately not ready until end of week. Over promising and under delivering. However when I brought the problem w the panel to your attention there was no objection to bringing it back in/Justin was happy to help, although the problem was not resolved.
