I had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Camila, who managed my repair from start to finish. Camila was patient, kind, thorough, and always willing to answer my questions. No matter how many times I called, she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Instead, she took the time to address every concern and kept me informed throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was that she never seemed to "forget" about my vehicle, which unfortunately can happen at some repair shops. Even after the repairs were finished, she encouraged me to call her if I had any additional questions or concerns, which made me feel valued as a customer. While I hope I don't need collision repair services again anytime soon or at all but if I do, I won't hesitate to return to Caliber Collision. Thank you, Camila, for providing such exceptional customer service.

I was totally pleased with the service and attention I received. My car was returned to me sooner than later. Service Advisor, Brittnye Mancini was on top of everything. She saw the state I was in and was a calming factor. Her knowledge was greatly appreciated and checked out the car with me. There should be more managers like her around. I also want to Thank Lindsey for explaining all the documents for me. Caliber Collision gets a 10 star review.
