Customer satisfaction was poor. First told car would be done on Friday or Monday. Took car in on Tuesday. Then late Friday got message that car would be done mid week the following week. Car was ready on Thursday. 9 days later. So I would have gotten a rental if they would have told me it would be that long. They said I could get one at any time. But then I would be inconvenienced and have to run around again just to get a rental because I was given the wrong date of return. Took car in on August 11. Car was ready for pick up on August 20. And you call yourself express. Other than that the work was good.

I've dealt with numerous body shops over the years and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. They went above and beyond my expectations and any work I may need on any future vehicles will always be handle at caliber collision!

I brought my Lexus in for a repair on the back bumper. The bumper has sensors which were not damaged. When I brought the car in I was told it would be ready on Friday. Friday turned into the following Tuesday, When I received the car, the rear sensors had black rubber around them, ( my car is Silver)and were sticking out 1/2 inch. It looks awful. why could you not save the original sensors, which were not damaged, and just put them on the new bumper? They left the "kit" box in the car trunk, and it looks like something you would buy at WalMart. I am VERY shocked that you would even think that I could accept such a cheap looking repair. Now I have to bring it in again so that it can be done properly.

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience at Caliber Collision. It was recommended to me by my insurance company for a "one stop shop" for some repairs I needed for my car. The claims adjuster was on-site, checked my car out right away, I was able to get in my rental and I then was off to complete the rest of my day - all this in less than 30 minutes. The convience of this was great. But what was even better was the customer service I received from the staff at Caliber Collision. I was promptly greeted by the staff at the front desk with a smile and filled out any paperwork right away. Robert, the service advisor, came out and introduced himself and inspected my car with me. Assured me they would get it fixed up like new as soon as possible. I dropped my car off on Monday and was happily surprised to get a call on Wednesday saying the car was ready. Stephanie who called to inform me of this was very polite and professional. My husband picked up the car that afternoon and said he had the same experience with the friendliness of the staff & the same ease of picking up the car as I did dropping it off. You get a sense that they really care about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone & would take my car back to them for any repairs in the future. Thanks Caliber Collision!
