I came here many years ago, and although I was extremely happy with the service, the customer service for this particular process was astronomical! It was such a breath of fresh air to walk in and be graded by smiling faces. Unfortunately, it is not the norm anymore when you walk into a business, but caliber collision gives me hope. Camila was phenomenal from start to finish - fair, honest, upfront, and very personable! I recently moved to the area where I was “bumped” in a collision on Christmas Eve; as well as the trailer I was using to move rolled after the e-brake disengaged upon unhitching causing a rivet dent and my tail light getting cracked. I also had the paint work re-done one the front bumper after the clear coat applied by different body shop began to “yellow.” Being that it’s a F-150 Lariat Ultimate, there’s a lot of sensors involved as well as the vehicle being 90% aluminum, on top of having a pearl-white metallic paint color, all of which isn’t the easiest to work with. My overall estimate didn’t increase drastically and was actually very well below my initial expectation. Very quick turn-around time as well, especially working out a rivet dent and crease on the rear aluminum quarter panel. Communication was also great from start to finish. Hats off to the body techs as well for their incredible work! Highly recommended!

They were great and the guys that we dealt with were great. There is another company by the same name at an address one lock away, which makes scheduling an appointment quite confusing they should correct this, but the service itself is fine.
